This combination allows the machine to deliver both powerful shearing action and steady, complete circulation of the material. How does a TSJ Double Shaft Dispersion Machine work?
During mixing, the high-speed dispersing disc rapidly shears and disperses solid particles into the liquid, accelerating the dissolution and uniform distribution process. At the same time, the low-speed scraper agitator rotates close to the tank wall and bottom, guiding the materials toward the center and keeping the overall flow smooth and continuous. This dual action significantly enhances mixing efficiency, reduces processing time, and ensures an even temperature and material distribution throughout the batch. With independent control of each shaft, operators can adjust speeds and working modes based on different material properties and process stages, making the machine highly flexible and adaptable for various production needs.
The Double Shaft Dispersion Machine is composed of a wall-scraping agitator and a high-speed disperser. The two sets of agitators operate simultaneously, enabling the materials to be subjected to strong shearing and mixing effects, achieving the purpose of rapid mixing. For materials with different viscosities and specific gravities and different production process requirements, a better mixing form can be designed.
Easy and safe operation
The equipment uses an oil cylinder as the lifting actuator, and is equipped with a control valve to control the lifting, stopping and lowering of the working head. The operation is simple and the stability is high. The mixing paddle is fixed to the main shaft with fixing bolts, which is convenient for disassembly, replacement and easy cleaning. It is equipped with different clamping methods (belt, hand-cranked, pneumatic), which can quickly fix the mixing barrel to prevent the barrel from shifting during operation and causing safety accidents.
Clean Discharging
A scraper is installed on the agitator, which scrapes closely against the wall of the barrel. After the wall of the barrel is finely processed by a vertical lathe and then polished by an automatic polishing machine, it is ensured that the movable scraper can completely scrape off the materials on the wall of the barrel during rotation, so that there is no retained material on the wall of the barrel, improving the mixing effect.
