How does a GFJZ Vacuum Dispersing Machine work?
The high speed dispersing shafts rotate at high speeds, creating intense shear forces that break down particles and disperse them evenly into the liquid phase. The discs, moving in precise circular paths, generate mechanical turbulence that ensures rapid mixing and even distribution of solids. Simultaneously, the low speed scraper shaft continuously stirs the material along the vessel walls, preventing material buildup and maintaining smooth flow throughout the chamber.
