• Inline Mixer General Description
• The IWD Inline Mixer is a device for inline suction and rapid dispersion of powders into liquid materials. All process steps can be done with just one machine: dust-free and loss-free feeding of the suction tube/hopper container, rapid powder addition, dosing, wetting and thorough agglomerate-free dispersion mixing.
• The IWD Inline Mixer is a wetting and dispersing machine achieves complete wetting, dispersing and depolymerization of agglomerated powders in one machine without dust or losses, without the need for additional pumps or auxiliary gases. Due to the realization of all dispersing processes in one machine, many reasonable potentials arise. For example, production times are minimized, some of the process steps are reduced, production costs are minimized, and it is more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
• The basic concept of the IWD inline mixer is not only that the powder is wetted, but above all that it is dispersed under vacuum. Agglomeration is avoided under vacuum, resulting in better dispersion, higher material efficiency and higher product quality.
