• Batch High Shear Mixers
• The batch high shear mixers are vertically mounted emulsification devices. Its stator-rotor system adopts a coupling structure that allows materials to be simultaneously drawn in from both the top and bottom of the main unit and then centrifugally discharged outward, significantly enhancing shear and homogenizing efficiency while avoiding dead zones that often occur in the upper part of the vessel.
• This product is suitable for homogenizing, fine dispersing, and emulsifying in a wide range of large and small reactors or standard containers. For small-volume emulsification, it can also be used with mobile hoisting.
