These mixers typically combine two or more types of agitators in one machine—such as a low speed anchor or butterfly blade for bulk movement, and one or more high speed dispersers for breaking down agglomerates and achieving fine dispersion.

  • The different mixing shafts operate independently but in coordination, allowing precise control over mixing intensity and flow.
