This stainless steel mixing tank mainly functions as a dispersion tank. It is equipped with a high-speed dispersion shaft with variable frequency speed regulation, and is suitable for mixing, dissolving and dispersing liquids and liquid-solid materials in chemical industries such as paint, coatings, dyes, pigments and papermaking.
This dispersion mixer is mainly designed for dispersing materials with low to medium viscosity and good fluidity. Made from high-quality stainless steel, it resists corrosion, stays clean, and lasts a long time—so it works reliably in the mixing jobs.
Stainless Steel Mixing Tank Design Features
◆ Tank Body: The mixing tank is made of high-quality stainless steel, usually SUS304 or higher food grade 316L. The whole tank is polished with mirror surface. It has a cylindrical shape with a rounded top and bottom for optimal material flow and residue reduction.
◆ Agitator System: Equipped with a high speed dispersion shaft which is driven by ordinary or Ex-proof motor. The dispersion shaft is equipped with the saw-tooth dispersion disk to complete the disperison task.
◆ Motor Unit: A powerful electric motor (explosion-proof “Ex” rated optional) provides stable torque for efficient mixing. It is mounted at the top, directly driving the agitator shaft. We adopt the high quality stable performance motor with high rotation speed.
◆ Inlet/Outlet Ports: Multiple ports are integrated for material feeding, discharge, and utility connections.
◆ Manhole with sight Glass: A large manhole on the top is easy for cleaning, maintenance, and inspection.
◆ Mounting & Support: Reinforced brackets on the tank body ensure stable installation, suitable for both floor-standing and skid-mounted setups.
